A telegraph dispatch to the Los Angeles Times states that a "matrimonial alliance" between the Russian Czarevitch and Princess Marie of Greece, his cousin, "will be formally announced in the near future.  Nicholas, 23, is the eldest son of Alexander III and Empress Marie, a younger sister of the Princess of Wales.

Princess Marie of Greece is the younger daughter of King George and Queen Olga of Greece.  Queen Olga is the former Grand Duchess Olga Konstantinova of Russia.   Marie is fifteen years old.   Her older sister, Alexandra, is married to Grand Duke Paul of Russia.  They have a young daughter, Grand Duchess Marie, and Grand Duchess's second child is due later this year.

Marie's memoirs, A Romanov Diary, was published by Atlantic International in a limited edition (1000 copies.)  I was the editor.
